My event is in London, do you charge a travel fee

A.

Mostly not but this depends on the day of the week, the time of day and parking costs. If your event is out of London ask me for a quote for travel and possibly overnight charges but, I'll always try to keep these costs reasonable.

Do you travel for party and wedding photography?

Yes, for my clients I travel anywhere in the UK, Europe and in fact the world.

Are you insured?

A.

Absolutely; please ask to see a copy of my policy. Please note: as part of their risk assessment, most venues these days will expect and ask to see a valid public liability insurance document for cover up to £2M. If a venue requires more please contact me so I may change the limit for your date.

Do you have backup gear?

Of course, I bring 2 - 3 cameras with me as well as a selection of lenses and lighting.

Will you be the photographer on my wedding day?

Yes, I am not a booking agency I am a photographer and you chose me for my work so I will be the one who shows up at your event.

Do you work alone?

A.

For most parties and events, yes but this is always negotiable if you require coverage of multiple events on the day then I work with second shooters and assistants I trust.

How much is the retainer in order to reserve a date?

A.

I require 20% deposit to save your date which gets credited towards the final amount.
